- Essential Cookies: Required for the website to function properly (e.g., navigation, page loading)

6. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics: Website traffic analysis and usage statistics, loaded only after you grant cookie consent. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Maps: Embedded map showing our facility location. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- WhatsApp (Meta): We offer WhatsApp as a communication channel for appointment inquiries. Messages sent via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy
- Karen (our AI assistant): Reads and answers WhatsApp messages to (876) 676-5098, and can book some specialist appointments there. Those messages are processed by an AI language-model provider.
- First-party visit counter: A counter on our own server (brain.irievybz.ai/track.js) records which pages are opened, which buttons and links are pressed, and when a form is sent. For a button or link it keeps the wording on it and where it leads (a call, an email, WhatsApp or a page). A phone number or email address shown on a button is left out. Nothing you type into a form is kept by the counter. It is not a third-party ad tracker.
- Microsoft Clarity: Session replay and usage statistics, loaded only after you grant cookie consent.
- ElevenLabs (Jarvis): Voice on the clinic phone line. Inbound calls to (876) 676-5098 are answered by that assistant today. It takes a message for our team and does not book appointments.
